There’s been chatter on Discord about forming Steve/Tony pods for The Piper of Hameln (x57) and Lord (formerly Lady) Gigi’s@marveltrumpshate art auctions, but no one’s been able to step up as an organizer yet. Piper is offering one full-color illustration and Gigi is offering a comic up to 48 pages.
Being a pod organizer is extremely easy and not as daunting as you think! You can review more info about forming pods here, but basically, an organizer is responsible for:
keeping tally of the group’s bid/donation total
bidding on the pod’s behalf (so it’s best if you’re around for the last day of the auction, especially in the last few hours)
collecting donation receipts from pod members and submitting them on the group’s behalf to MTH after the auction if you win (you don’t donate on the group’s behalf and people don’t send money to you!)
speaking to the creator on the pod’s behalf about how to coordinate communication (see the pod bid FAQ)
There’s no one way to organize. You can just have people DM you individually with their bid pledge, create a group DM (depending on the platform you use, there may be a cap for number of people in a chat), or create a channel on @festiveferret’s Podbid Beach Discord server to organize the group chat. It’s up to you to decide what’s easiest and least stressful to do.

the auction the bid is for, e.g., 5678 – nostalgicatsea
a description of your prompt idea that can be as detailed (or not!) as you’d like, e.g., “Sam/Bucky rivals-to-lovers non-powered AU fic where Sam gets amnesia, forgets that he doesn’t like Bucky, and falls in love with him” or “Art of MCU Nebula & Tony playing Mario Kart”
You can also announce and discuss your pod bids in the #pod-bid-chat channel on the MTH Discord server, which is a great way to find people to team up with to bid on your favorite creators!
